Use Create Room → you become the Host.
Click Copy Invite Link and share it: it looks like https://shneezzle.com/video-lounge.html?room=MyRoom.
Friends open the link → they join the same room.
With Firebase configured, host actions (play/pause/seek) + chat sync live.
Paywall: You (owner) always free. Others need a subscription to create rooms & upload.

Owner bypass uses OWNER_EMAIL (when logged in) or local “I’m Owner” toggle if Firebase isn’t set.
